The Natural Music of the Environment

According to a theory on biodiversity, people should learn to conserve the ecosystem and the creatures within it. Doing this helps in keeping the natural balance of the environment, which is continually disrupted through human activities. Furthermore, a group on global conservation stated that since 1970, the planet has been put under twice the pressure that was applied to it in previous centuries. The result of this is the decline of natural resources, amounting to over 33%.

Efforts to maintain the environment have been planned. However, the same problems are resurfacing. There are many reasons why you need to participate in the drive to save Mother Earth. For one, there is no other place for you if the planet is destroyed. Second, you will miss out on all that is beautiful in the environment if it is damaged.

One of the amazing aspects of the world’s natural resources is music. The atmosphere is phenomenal. It is filled with resources that are capable of creating natural melodies. For example, wind is able to play tunes that are similar to mixed feelings. Because of its capacity to move objects, such as the rubbing of leaves on the window, it can create soft sounds. On the other hand, wind turbulence produces howling or whistling effects.

Animals are also capable of making music. In Thailand, sixteen elephants play melodies on specially designed instruments. This musical ensemble is known as the “Thai Elephant Orchestra” and has, so far, released two CDs. Other creatures that produce harmonious tunes are birds. They are acknowledged to be the natural singers of the environment.
